This page explains which personal data I process through the website lvagencija.si, on what legal basis, and for how long I keep it. Processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2).

The contact form
The form is processed by Netlify Forms, a service of the hosting provider Netlify, Inc. On submission the entered data (full name, company, email address, message content) is transferred to a Netlify server, where it is stored in the site dashboard, and I receive an email notification. I use the data solely to answer the enquiry and delete it from Netlify no later than the period stated in the table above. The form contains a hidden field to protect against spam; in normal use you neither see it nor fill it in.
Cookies
This site uses no first-party cookies, does not log visits and uses no analytics or advertising tools.
Videos are embedded through YouTube in cookie-free mode (youtube-nocookie.com). In this mode YouTube sets no tracking cookies until you start a video. During playback YouTube may store data required for the player to function and process your IP address. Details are described in the Google privacy policy.
Typography is loaded through Google Fonts, which may likewise process your IP address.
Disclosure to third parties
I do not sell personal data, do not disclose it to third parties for marketing purposes, and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling. Data may be disclosed only to:
- providers essential to the operation of the site (hosting and form processing via Netlify, YouTube, Google Fonts),
- my accountancy service, where an enquiry leads to a contractual relationship,
- the competent authorities, where required by law.
Some of these providers also process data outside the European Economic Area, in which case the European Commission standard contractual clauses apply.
Your rights

Send your request to info@lvagencija.si. I reply within one month of receipt at the latest. If you believe the processing is unlawful, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
